I had a nice stay overall at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, although it felt a bit tight and was close to the elevator, which made it noisy. The hotel's location is super convenient for quick trips to the airport, but there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. Some improvements in service and room comfort would be appreciated, but the price was reasonable for what I got.
Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and modern, but it was a bit tight for space and I could hear the elevator moving since mine was close to it.
Service
6.0
Service was decent; they offered a breakfast buffet voucher which was nice, but I felt they could be a bit more attentive.
Location
9.0
The location was very convenient, especially being near the airport, making travel logistics a breeze.
Dining
6.0
The complimentary breakfast was okay, but nothing to rave about. It served its purpose.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were adequate, but I didn't use many. The common areas looked modern.

5.4/10
This hotel has maintained its clean and spacious rooms over the years, which I appreciate. However, the dining has declined significantly, and I found it disappointing, especially during my recent stay at a convention. The location is somewhat isolated, making it tough to find good food options outside the hotel. While the staff is generally friendly, communication issues arose during catering, particularly concerning food allergies, which is concerning for future visits.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms are clean and spacious, though they seem to be showing signs of wear and tear.
Service
6.0
The service from the registration and bell staff was friendly, but there were communication issues with the convention food staff.
Location
5.0
The location is rather secluded within an office complex, limiting dining options nearby.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the dining experience did not meet expectations; the quality of the convention food was below standard and had issues, especially with accommodating food allergies.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers a good conference setup, though the facilities are beginning to feel a bit dated.

6.4/10
While the hotel's staff were exceptionally helpful and the beds were incredibly comfortable, the overall experience was marred by the outdated facilities and poorly maintained rooms. Though it's conveniently located near RDU airport, the noise from the heating system and lack of proper lighting in the rooms made it challenging to fully enjoy my stay. It's a decent place for a short visit but definitely needs some updates.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms, while spacious enough, felt quite dated and didn't offer adequate lighting, which made it hard to work or relax during the day. The heating system was also quite loud, which could be disruptive.
Service
8.0
I found the service to be impressively organized, with the staff effectively managing transportation and reservations for us. They were attentive but the hotel's management could work on some facility improvements.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was great for business travel, being close to the airport and the RTP area where many companies are located. It made getting around quite convenient.
Dining
6.0
Dining at the Seasons restaurant was enjoyable, but the overall food experience didn't stand out significantly, feeling quite typical of hotel offerings.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel overall has decent facilities, but they are in dire need of modernization as many aspects still feel stuck in the past.

6.2/10
This hotel has a couple of standout features, notably its friendly staff and convenient location. However, the dining experience has seen better days, which is disappointing compared to the past. While the rooms are comfortable, they could use some updates and better maintenance. Overall, if you're heading to a conference, it might still serve your needs, but be prepared for some inconsistency.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh, especially considering the high prices during busy events. However, they remained comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep.
Service
7.0
The staff, especially in the registration and bell department, were quite friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately, there were some communication barriers with the catering staff that left a few guests in tough situations.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location, nestled in an office complex, does make it somewhat isolated, restricting dining options, but it's still convenient for business travelers attending events.
Dining
5.0
The overall quality of dining has taken a downturn; past experiences of great brunches now seem like a distant memory. The convention meals did not meet expectations, with some guests even experiencing allergy issues due to miscommunication.
Facilities
6.0
The convention facilities are well-equipped, which is a plus for those attending events. However, the condition of the gym and other areas could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The meeting facilities were quite good, making it suitable for conferences, and I appreciated the access to nearby fitness amenities. However, the dining options were inconsistent and the room I stayed in showed signs of wear, impacting my overall enjoyment of the stay.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, but they did have some visible wear and tear. The shower lacked water pressure, which was a definite downside.
Service
5.0
The service varied; while some staff were helpful, there were instances of rudeness that left a negative impression. Overall, it felt like some staff were overwhelmed.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is great for travelers. However, its isolation in an office complex made dining options limited outside of the hotel.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were hit or miss. While some meals during the conference were satisfactory, there were significant inconsistencies, especially with menu selections.
Facilities
7.0
The meeting and conference facilities were well-equipped, making them capable for hosting larger events with various breakout spaces. However, the fitness center felt a bit rundown.
